Design Overview

The Science Center Accessibility Upgrades Year 2 project implements Harvard University Faculty of the Art’s Accessibility Master Plan to bring the building to full compliance. This year’s project provides new single user toilet rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The project renovates the 3rd floor by providing (2) new single user toilet rooms as well as renovating the existing kitchenette. The existing lounge will be replaced by an office and the demising wall will be removed between offices 300A & 300B to create (1) shared office.

The 4th floor scope renovates the existing toilet rooms to make them compliant. Office 400M will be modified to accommodate the changes.
